The speed of Vodafone broadband is great for common use unless you compare it with Virgin Media, which has a package with an average speed of whopping 362MB. Surprisingly, Vodafone is offering superfast and ultrafast broadband speeds (superfast 2 and gigawatt 100) at the same rate. But do not get carried away as the Vodafone Gigafast services are currently available in only 12 cities. Otherwise, you would see a clear step-up in price with the speed tiers. But still, who would not want to jump from 100MB to 200MB by throwing away an extra 2 or 3 quids per month?

The basic idea of this technology is to push the router to make an extra effort to carry the signals to a specific device.
